With respect to the issue of no deficit - The members of the board who voted yes to the corrective action plan: Pupchik, Parker, Yanez and Rabb should be held accountable for their actions and the lives they affected.
With respect to the discussion of leadership - it was Bartolone, Tomasello and Crowder who voted NO to the corrective action plan.
Parker, Pupchik, Yanez and Rabb didn't like these three because they wouldn't go along with them. That my friends is called integrity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
