As for the present information made available about the Winslow Twp. Budget.
The puzzle seems to be coming together Mrs. Parker , wins an election she is very mad at the present administration mostly because they were the ones that were directed by the county to relieve her of her position at the STAR center. She comes to the Board to create havoc, the administration wears down leaves district. Mrs. Parker brings the Lower Camden County administration back to run the district. Same people that left the district 5 years ago because the Winslow Bd. choose not to keep them. They come back Mrs. Parker already in micro management roll gives direction to the BA and superintend. Parker, BA, and superintend all have one thing in common they all have been removed from their position by Winslow Twp. BA and Parker meet on a daily basis (check the state of district report) by October after BA has been in district for two months announced in Oct. 2005 a deficit. Which provides havoc, during this period the BA cannot come up with a treasury report. Most board members continue to be kept in dark about the budget. Finally reports start flowing in January, come to find out they start flowing due to the hiring of an assistant BA. Meanwhile the BA is telling the Board the deficit is due to former administration (same people who let Parker go from the STAR center, and moved into the BA’s office when she was at Lower Camden County)
As I continue to follow this story it makes me wonder was this scam just to get back at Winslow? (Must be scam this was the same BA that Lower Camden county used she knew that RDS salaries were paid for by the State not local tax dollars)
Why when the Board of Ed or at least the legal counsel insisting on getting the Treasurer’s report?
If the person that we as taxpayer could not produce such why were we paying this person?
